Throughout the long weekdays, your body is sure to feel tired and not at its best. When this happens, I call for an emergency at-home spa treatment. I break out all of my skin all-stars to mix up some good ol’ fashion skin loving treatments.
My all-stars
This is a natural treatment that is good for burns, frostbite, psoriasis, cold sores, sunburn and abrasions. Aloe vera gel is also good for cleansing your face and serving as a hair mask for dry and damaged hair.
Honey is good for acne and aging. Due to its antibacterial properties and antioxidants, it is great when used as a mask to fight acne and aging.
I use this as a mask and for whitening my teeth. Activated Charcoal is really good for fighting acne and any other bacteria because it sucks out all of the dirt and gunk that is on your face and teeth.
Vitamin E oil is rich in antioxidant and tissue rebuilding properties. This oil can help your immune system. Also it can help fight Alzheimer’s disease, some cancer, vision loss, and wrinkles
